Interested in sailing on the latest Disney cruise ship? The Disney Treasure is Disney’s newest cruise ship, offering 7 day sailings with Disney’s enchanting storytelling along & luxurious cruise living. A Disney Treasure Cruise, with its world class service, will provide an unforgettable family experience that I highly recommend.
What’s the layout of a Disney Treasure Cruise ship like?

The Disney Treasure is the sister ship to the Disney Wish, and is similarly designed with families in mind. The theme of this ship is adventure, so you’ll find inspiration from Moana, Coco, and even a lot of the parks mixed into the entertainment, lounges, and all other areas of the ship.
The themed staterooms, inspired by Disney movies, have been updated and featuring details like magical artwork and ample space for families of all sizes. Booking early will ensure you can pick the rooms you want, in the area of the ship that works for your family.
Like the other cruise ships, the Treasure features unique areas for parents & kids alike. Adult spaces include a Haunted mansion lounge, a bar theme to the jungle cruise, and an underwater lounge! You’ll also find adults-only areas like the serene Quiet Cove Pool, a Tangled themed Salon, or the popular Senses Spa. Meanwhile, kids can explore immersive kids’ clubs, such as the Oceaneer Club and Edge, where they can be immersed in Marvel, Star Wars and Disney parks themed fun.
What kind of food can you expect on the Treasure?

Food on the Disney Treasure keeps up the traditional of great experiences for dinner. The ship offers rotational dining, where you’ll enjoy a different themed restaurant each night while your serving team follows you, learning your preferences.
- Coco: A theatrical themed dining experience from the world of Coco features flavors of Mexico. It features a family celebration with singing & dancing that will delight the whole family.
- 1923: Similar to its sister restaurant on the Disney Wish, 1923 captures the golden age of Hollywood upscale California. Here you’ll find links to Disney’s past that will be a highlight for any Disney fan.
- Worlds of Marvel: The Disney Treasure features new adventures with a Marvel flare. Here you’ll find 2 different stories while you dine with either classic Marvel characters, or with the Guardians of the galaxy.
For quick bites, again, like the Wish, you’ll find Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods, with everything from barbecue, tacos, burgers, or unlimited soft-serve to enjoy poolside. The Treasure also has a great buffet, the Marceline Market, for those classic favorites. Adults craving something elevated can book a night at Palo Steakhouse or Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement, two fine-dining options worth every penny.
My favorite will still probably be the 24/7 room service—perfect for those late-night Mickey-shaped snacks.
What activities are available onboard?

Boredom isn’t an option on a Disney Treasure Cruise. Days at sea are filled with activities that cater to every age and interest. Families can bond over Broadway-quality stage shows, themed deck parties, or movie screenings at the ship’s state-of-the-art theaters.
The Disney Treasure has 7 night sailings, with 2 different itineraries. The ships sails form Port Canaveral in Florida, with stops that may include Mexico, Grand Cayman, Jamaica or the Virgin Islands. All sailings features stops at Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island complete with a beautiful beach, great dining and a ton of adventures to try.
While on the ship, there are thrilling water slides and splash zones, while adults can unwind with spa treatments or fitness classes. You’ll also find character meet-and-greets, incredible stage shows and even a movie theatre. Disney Treasure Cruises also feature exclusive activities like pirate-themed nights, complete with fireworks over the ocean. Every moment on board offers something magical and it truly makes a Fisney cruise unique.
